Project: Improve existing B2B website by adding new content and optimizing regularly
Role: As the company’s first-ever content designer and strategist, I’ve added to the information architecture and developed content standards for others to adhere to. My first task was to transform the website into an in-depth tool for our potential clients. Based on keywords and industry research, I chose the services we needed to expand on and which content needed to be in the mega nav. The team and I also brainstormed ways to improve form submissions, resulting in the shift of the form from a bottom placement to above the fold.
